It was bloody hot, hard to reach and culturally a complete opposite: never before did the World Cup feel as far away as the one in Qatar. We tried to bring those boys a bit closer with a robot that meticulously recreated autographs of all players in the Dutch squad.
Memphis in Amsterdam
The machine was part of the KNVB pop up, near the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam, where tens of thousands of Holland supporters together watched the Dutch World Cup games. Before and after, fans were able to have their shirt signed 'by' players like Memphis Depay or Virgil van Dijk.
